Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and understanding of PISMO/Oracle FCUBS application, specifically Flexcube Corporate.
  • Solid techno-functional expertise in PISMO/FLEXCUBE modules including CASA, IC, Payments, Accounting, and Trades.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Banking Domain, particularly in Corporate Banking, with a focus on complex financial analysis and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Strong familiarity with PISMO/FLEXCUBE maintenance setups.
  • Working knowledge of ORACLE PL/SQL queries and related operations is advantageous.
  • Experience in data mapping and documentation is required.
  • Excellent communication skills along with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in collaborating with global delivery models and managing cross-location distributed teams.
  • Able to work autonomously and fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision.
