Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads to assess their qualifications by asking targeted questions aimed at identifying ideal clients, relevant legal issues, urgency, and potential conflicts of interest.
  • Filter out unqualified leads through a structured questioning process to ensure the focus remains on suitable clients.
  • Coordinate scheduling for initial consultations with qualified leads.
  • Initiate the pre-engagement process for prospects scheduled for consultations to foster excitement and improve attendance rates.
  • Ensure that every individual reaching out for assistance receives valuable support, whether through scheduling consultations, referrals, or sharing helpful resources.
  • Equip attorneys with necessary information for effective consultations.
  • Prepare engagement agreements and follow up to secure signatures and payments.
  • Maintain contact with leads who have not scheduled consultations or attended initial meetings to keep communication channels open.
  • Update the firm's databases and reports to track key metrics such as incoming calls, qualified leads, scheduled consultations, and referral sources.
  • Organize documentation and perform data entry in our case management system to enhance client onboarding and file management.
  • Screen incoming calls from potential clients to ensure their cases align with the firm's focus while providing empathetic support.
  • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to promote caseload growth.
  • Handle various office tasks such as correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate outreach initiatives and build relationships with other attorneys to expand our client base.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is necessary.
