Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and inclusive work environment, providing much-needed care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Travel extensively throughout assigned areas, providing high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of patients' home care, collaborating with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate families on patient condition, needs, and care, performing head-to-toe physical assessments and checking vital signs.
- Manage medications, administer injections, IV therapy, or tube feedings, and maintain catheters.
- Complete documentation timely and accurately, supervising LPNs and HHAs, and regularly communicating patient progress to the clinical manager, physician, and care team.
- Able to travel 100% of the time, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
- One year of nursing experience, with a current RN license specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
- Current CPR certification.
