Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and tax compliance.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliation processes.
- Manage financial systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Apply cost accounting methods and supply cost-related data.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare tax documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team during annual audits.
- Establish and maintain financial accounting systems.
- Review and process employee expense claims.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
