Overview:
As a Registered Nurse in the Gastrointestinal and Endoscopy department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive care to patients based on their individual treatment plans and needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored care strategies for each patient, ensuring optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop nursing diagnoses.
- Establish and implement care objectives in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
- Two years of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the last three years.
Specialization:
- Completion of a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
