Pilates Reformer Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our fitness team at our brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, AR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the Pilates Reformer classes.
  • Develop and lead Pilates Reformer classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive fitness environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Pilates Reformer instruction.
Requirements:
  • Specialty certification in Pilates Reformer required.
  • Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
  • 2+ years Reformer Pilates instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
