Swim Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at US Swim School Association. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in teaching swim lessons to our community, building confidence and developing safety skills in a student-centered environment.

• Ensure the safety of each class and teach swim skills to students using our curriculum.
• Build water confidence within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities.
• Regularly communicate with students and fellow staff members.
• Be a team player who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities, and comfort of each student.

• Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 4 hours.
