About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to lead our efforts in continuous improvement and cultural transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, developing training programs, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

With an estimated salary range of $126,000-$201,000, commensurate with experience, this role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction for the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive training programs for Transformation Coaches.
  • Culture Transformation: Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize various instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes and drive process improvements across multiple member organizations.
  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver Lean/process improvement and cultural transformation training programs for senior leaders and Transformation Coaches.
  • Evaluation Strategies: Design and maintain evaluation strategies to assess customer needs and perceptions, and determine the long-term impact of educational interventions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Training and Development, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt: Required certification.
  • Minimum 7 Years' Experience: Leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed enterprise environment, facilitating process improvement teams, and managing training programs or curriculum for large organizations.
