Citizens is seeking a highly skilled Investigative Compliance Specialist to join our team as a Financial Crime Investigator III. This is a critical role that requires expertise in regulatory compliance, investigative techniques, and data analysis.

About the Position

You'll work closely with compliance and legal teams to identify areas of concern and develop strategies to mitigate risks. You'll also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that our financial systems remain secure and compliant.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk-based investigative strategies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into potential federal FINRA Rules and Securities Law violations.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of experience in regulatory compliance, investigative techniques, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner certification preferred.
