Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet Sales Goals: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by consulting with customers, educating them on our products and services, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and upbeat service to customers, ensuring they are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day) and lift 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Availability: Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
