Key Responsibilities:- Meet Sales Goals: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by consulting with customers, educating them on our products and services, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and upbeat service to customers, ensuring they are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
- Sales and Marketing: Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
- Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and daily administrative tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day) and lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Availability: Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Commission Opportunities: Earn a competitive commission on sales, with top performers making $12-$15 per hour or more.
- Team-Oriented Environment: Work in a welcoming and team-oriented atmosphere that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Training and Development: Receive comprehensive training on sales, customer service, and leadership skills.
