EVS Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVS Director to lead our Housekeeping Department at Compass Group USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the department's operational needs.

• Develop and implement departmental budgets and financial plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Establish and maintain high-quality standards for departmental operations, including environmental services, patient transportation, laundry and linen, facilities management, healthcare technology solutions, and ambulatory EVS.
• Lead and mentor staff to promote creativity, innovation, and excellence in their work.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Develop and implement Total Quality Management processes to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
• Collaborate with administration and other hospital departments to achieve facility goals and objectives.

• Four-year college degree and equivalent related experience required.
• Five years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established criteria.
• Public speaking skills and ability to apply a participative approach to leading staff.
• Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
