We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Borger, TX. As a Long Term Care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation and recovery.
About the Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient-specific needs.
- Conduct ongoing reassessments to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist required.
- TX or compact license required.
- Will accept a PTA for this role.
Estimated Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and location.
