Mortgage Branch Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching sales staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Mentor and coach sales staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain expertise and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in mortgage sales or management
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA - Bachelor of Arts degree in Business or related field
  • Experience working with automated loan origination systems
  • Knowledge of QC compliance and regulatory requirements
