Customer Experience Manager

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Manager to join the Alice and Olivia team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for driving business forward by providing exceptional customer service and creating long-lasting client relationships.
Your primary focus will be on creating an environment where feedback is constant and the customer is always the top priority. You will be responsible for cultivating a store team that supports and motivates one another, while creating a legacy for yourself. This individual must oversee and manage the operations of the store to ensure they run smoothly, optimizing profitability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, with a proven track record of meeting personal and store sales goals, establishing returning client businesses, and utilizing company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach staff, develop strong client relationships, and maintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of both the front and back of house are essential.
