North Star Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our expanding Behavioral Health program. As a key member of our team, you will provide primary care behavioral health consultations and short-term interventions to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide behavioral health consultations and interventions based on evidence-based practices and skills-based treatment.
- Incorporate behavioral health interventions to facilitate behavior change and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with current research, legal requirements, and evidence-based practices.
- Consult with North Star School-Based Health Centers, outside agencies, and schools as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with medical providers as necessary.
- Manage electronic medical records efficiently and effectively.
- LICSW in Vermont and New Hampshire (or license eligible).
- MSW working towards licensure opportunity also eligible to apply.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000-$95,000/year.
