Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to support our team in developing, deploying, and maintaining computing and information security requirements in compliance with strict government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Sustain Product Security: Design and implement cybersecurity controls and processes to ensure the security of facilities, equipment, data, and networks.
- Enhance System Requirements and Architectures: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system requirements and architectures to meet certification and customer needs.
- Ensure Security of Facilities, Equipment, Data, and Networks: Develop and implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
- Define Security Requirements for Suppliers: Work with suppliers to define and integrate security requirements into products and services.
- Active Secret Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance.
- Experience and Education: 5-9 years of experience in the following areas: CompTIA Security+ certification, Microsoft Windows OS installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration, PowerShell, Batch, and Bash scripting, designing and implementing cybersecurity controls and processes.
- Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux: Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Virtualization Clusters and Storage Area Networks (SAN): Familiarity with virtualization clusters and Storage Area Networks (SAN) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the DoD Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Review Process: Knowledge of the DoD Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) review process is highly desirable.
