At The Center for Discovery, we're seeking a dedicated Nighttime Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in a home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver direct care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements:
- High energy and a caring spirit.
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 2 people safely.
Work Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, weekends and holidays required.
