We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at StayAPT Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest suites.
Responsibilities- Guest Room Maintenance: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, restocking toiletries, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Common Area Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms.
- Laundry and Linen Services: Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing linens and uniforms.
- Lost and Found Management: Document and report lost and found items, as well as any damage or repairs needed.
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred.
- Skills: Possesses a strong work ethic, excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
