Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive staging plans that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Select and procure furniture, art, and accessories to enhance the aesthetic of each property
  • Install and style properties for optimal visual appeal
  • Assist with destaging properties, including packing and loading furniture and decor
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging social media content

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in home staging, visual merchandising, or interior design
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and color theory
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and higher weight with assistance

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
