We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at Levin Furniture & Mattress in Wexford, PA. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a generous draw vs. commission structure with potential earnings up to $100K+ annually. Our minimum guaranteed salary is $3,000/month for the first 90 days, providing stability and security for new hires. Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Levin Furniture & Mattress, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding minimum sales standards and assigned sales goals
  • Prospecting new customers through various networking and clienteling efforts
  • Completing all required initial and ongoing sales training programs and attending store meetings
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external customers, management, and colleagues

You will be working independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Customer service experience, preferably face-to-face
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A willingness to learn and ability to be trained/coached
  • Retail/hospitality/service industry experience preferred
  • Any sales, upselling, marketing, interior design experience and/or education preferred

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programs and on-the-job coaching.

Estimated Salary Range

Based on the average annual sales figures for Sales Associates in the furniture industry, we estimate that successful candidates can earn between $50,000-$90,000 or more annually, depending on performance and market conditions.
