Position Overview:
As a vital member of our hospitality team, the Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest accommodations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure linens and laundry are collected, washed, folded, and stored appropriately.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in all assigned areas.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in all cleaning practices.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is essential, with typical shifts running from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM.

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour monthly incentive based on attendance, plus gratuities.
