Chophouse Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at Triple A Restaurants Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
• Upsell and suggest menu items, including specialty drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts, to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage tables efficiently, ensuring timely service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Work effectively as part of a team, assisting colleagues as needed and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous server experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.

The Server will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and humidity. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
