We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at MedConnect Staffing. As a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and education.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Medicine or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
- DEA certification and Infection Control Certification.
- 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on primary care.
