We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a prominent hospital in Los Angeles, California.
Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ICU nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring timely interventions and effective management of complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with the latest advances in critical care nursing practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among colleagues.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in ICU nursing, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to successful team outcomes.
- Current California RN license and active BLS certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical care nursing, including knowledge of advanced life support techniques and ability to apply critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate, paid time off, and access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. The estimated annual salary for this position is $ $155,000, based on 36 hours of work per week and 12-hour shifts.
