  • Conduct thorough assessments, make rounds, and implement physician orders to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a safe, clean, and dignified environment.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Orient and welcome new residents and their families, providing a warm and supportive introduction to our community.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in California.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots.
  • Current valid CPR certification.
  • Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) software.

Compensation:

$45 to $55 per hour, depending on location, work schedule, and experience.
