Responsibilities:- Provide routine nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the Charge Nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the Charge Nurse.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their rooms and common areas.
- Document resident care and progress in the medical record.
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a CNA; clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class also accepted.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
