Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate, coach, and develop frontline staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our customers.
  • Oversee cash handling processes, point-of-sale programming, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company food and physical safety programs and standards.
  • Conduct retail brand standard audits and maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the operation, as well as daily retail food service operations.
  • Ensure all necessary signage, including digital signage, is in place.
  • Manage vendor relationships and compliance.
  • Maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of basic management experience.
  • 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
