Job Summary

Swan Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to join our team. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our ABA therapists, conducting behavioral evaluations, and designing individualized treatment plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply behavioral principles consistently in all client interactions.
  • Support all members of the staff and assist with ideas, suggestions, and work duties.
  • Conduct center-based and in-home supervision bi-weekly or monthly.
  • Develop and implement program plans and instructional activities to ensure mastery and gather inter-rater reliability data.
  • Maintain a minimum billable caseload of 120 hours per month.
  • Write progress reports and other written assignments related to client progress.
  • Manage oversight caseload, including reviewing and ensuring progress reports are submitted to insurance providers on time.
  • Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with parents, behavior analysts, therapists, clients, and families.
  • Hold parents accountable to parent handbook, utilization policies, parent training, and client scheduling policies.
  • Assist in creating instructional materials, running programs, taking data, and assessing clients in the development of new programs.
  • Observe, record, and report the condition and behavior of clients, including maintaining daily records.
  • Function as an active member of the treatment team meetings and supervision.
  • Work with clients, consultants, staff, families, and community to implement client treatment plans.
  • Consistently train and implement behavior plans to reduce client socially inappropriate behavior and promote appropriate social behaviors.
  • Effectively respond to and manage crisis situations, including client physical aggression.
  • Support the ongoing training and development of Safety Care training for all clinical staff.
  • Complete daily BCBA session note signatures within 24 hours and ensure paperwork and data collection notes are completed in a detailed, accurate, consistent, and timely manner.
  • Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, and assist with disciplinary action for all staff under oversight.
  • Work well with others and show ability to take direction, delegate, communicate, and develop the team by fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or other related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification.
  • 4+ years of experience in the field of ABA.
  • Willingness to work in Clovis or Fresno.
