Littleton, Colorado, United States One Medical Full time

About One Medical

We're challenging the status quo in primary care by making quality healthcare more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable. Our mission is to transform healthcare, improving the experience for patients, providers, employers, and health networks.

Our seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic disease management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns have been delivering exceptional patient outcomes for over a decade.

In February 2023, we marked a milestone when One Medical joined Amazon. Together, we aim to deliver high-quality healthcare to more consumers, employers, care teams, and health networks, achieving better health outcomes.

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we're building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team that thrives in an environment of innovation and excellence.

This role involves seeing senior healthcare patients (ages 65+) with various needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office, and conducting occasional tele-health visits.

Ongoing collaboration with teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams is essential. This opportunity also allows for the utilization of your specific clinical training and performance of in-office procedures.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program completion or enrollment.
  • At least 2 years of experience practicing in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
  • State licensure in Colorado obtained before your start date.

One Medical providers demonstrate a passion for human-centered primary care, effective communication with diverse individuals, and proficiency in evidence-based care.

We offer malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscription, a One Medical-issued laptop, and PTO eligible sick time. The hourly rate for this role is $130/hr, with final compensation determined by factors like practice experience and patient care schedule.

One Medical participates in E-Verify and is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage those interested to contact us about employment opportunities.
