Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our flooring products and services
  • Provide personalized sales and service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Prospect and contact potential customers to drive sales growth
  • Enter and process sales and quotes in our sales program
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Set follow-up appointments and calls to maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Basic technology and math skills for computer use and calculations
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Professionalism with a team player attitude in a fast-paced environment
