Job Summary:
National Property Management Associates Inc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and preservation of our residential apartment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the good condition and functionality of our properties
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
- Perform repairs and replacements as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related field
