Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect comprehensive benefits, including PTO, bonuses, and employee discounts.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of our residents by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
