Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Hold an active license as an Educational Psychologist in any state (reimbursement available for cross-licensing).
  • Be available throughout the academic year.
  • Possess a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology.
  • Have a certification in School Psychology from your state’s Department of Education.
  • Preferably be a member of your State Association of School Psychologists.
  • Possess National Certification as an Educational Psychologist.
  • Have experience in conducting psycho-educational assessments for students from preschool to 12th grade.
  • Provide recommendations for appropriate services and strategies to enhance student learning.
  • Engage in crisis intervention through counseling and referrals.
  • Consult with students, parents, and staff to develop effective behavioral goals.
  • Analyze and interpret assessment data.
  • Research and select appropriate assessment tools to meet the needs of the school.
  • Deliver training sessions as required.
  • Communicate assessment results to staff and parents effectively.
  • Demonstrate experience working with diverse populations.
  • Maintain a professional workspace for remote operations.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
