Position Overview:

As a key member of our team at Island Time Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess extensive knowledge of cocktail crafting, various beers, frozen beverages, and wines.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding our menu offerings and facilities with accuracy and warmth.

  • Build and nurture relationships with guests, both new and returning.

  • Arrive for shifts in uniform and prepared for work.
  • Adhere to checklists and standard operating procedures diligently.
  • Keep your workspace safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked.

  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of food, beverages, and our services.
  • Ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Be responsible for maintaining sanitation, organization, and proper food handling practices.
  • Prepare your work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience required.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated competency as outlined in the training program.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Integrity and honesty are essential.
