Senior Architect

Elite Sourcing LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and development of architectural projects.

• Develop and implement architectural designs, renderings, and presentations for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences, and provide expert guidance on architectural design and development.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• NCARB Certified.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect.
• Registered Architect and in good standing.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent design and visualization skills.
• Experience managing and leading architectural projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and project team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
