Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in on-site project and service activities related to the installation and commissioning of building automation and security management systems.
  • Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on existing control systems.
  • Oversee the commissioning and startup of new control systems to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues related to control systems wiring, hardware, and software.
  • Identify and resolve communication issues with control devices and other components.
  • Create, load, test, and fine-tune system databases.
  • Install, replace, and recommission control systems devices, equipment, and software.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities as necessary.
  • Provide on-site training to customers as required.
  • Deliver emergency and warranty services as needed.

Documentation: Maintain test records and as-built documentation while adhering to project site safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with programming is preferred.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and short-term incentives. Individual compensation will be influenced by various factors such as performance, experience, and education.
