Job Summary:

The Assisted Living CNA is responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to residents, promoting their independence and quality of life. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as meal service, transportation, and social events.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and Assisted Living Director.
  • Participate in daily rounds to ensure resident safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current Oklahoma certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to perform simple mathematics and understand measurements and conversions.
  • Ability to document notes clearly and accurately.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to stand and walk for 100% of the workday, with occasional lifting and bending. The CNA must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
