Overview:

Cintel, Inc. is in search of a skilled Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to support our government clientele and their critical missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and identify potential threat information, propose mitigation strategies, and integrate findings into comprehensive reports.
  • Conduct analytical assessments to support operational initiatives, correlating and evaluating data related to counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems, and facilities.
  • Analyze incoming information to pinpoint intelligence gaps and define collection requirements to address these gaps through suitable collection methods.
  • Assist in counterintelligence and intelligence investigations under the guidance of the counterintelligence team lead.
  • Prepare intelligence information reports when necessary.
  • Deliver counterintelligence briefings to personnel as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and/or lead sub-teams in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
  • Recent experience in drafting analytical reports and conducting analysis, including Q&A.
  • Experience in providing intelligence analysis support for vetting and/or research, development, and acquisitions.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in supporting counterintelligence analysis as an agent or analyst.
  • Clearance: Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
