Job Summary

The Salon Manager is a key leadership role at Supercuts, responsible for overseeing all aspects of a salon's operations. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on business and technical competency matters.
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and banking procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service and understand the needs of guests.
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks, such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, creating a positive work environment.
