Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Colusa Casino Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing menu items in accordance with established procedures and menu specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food orders according to guest check instructions.
• Prepares preliminary preparation of food items for guest satisfaction, complying with all portion sizes and quality standards.
• Communicate with Lead Cook, Chef on duty, and other cooks to maintain service efficiency.
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform other general duties as directed by the Chef on duty.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year cooks experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years related food and beverage front of the house experience in related position; managerial experience required.
