Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Fastenal. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry-leading vending program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
- Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
- Interact with our customers while making deliveries
- Place and fulfill orders at customer sites
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
- Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
- Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
- Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
- Pass a background check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or industry-related work experience
