We are seeking a Shop Technician I to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Shop Technician I, you will be responsible for performing various shop functions to support the manufacturing of drill bits.

Responsibilities:
  • Sandblasting and grinding drill bits
  • Cleaning and preparing bits, cutters, and cans for the brazing process
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Ensuring all safety and company policies are followed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Ability to operate grinders, sandblasters, and other shop hand tools
  • Good physical ability, finger dexterity, and visual acuity
