Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at HomeSense. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to all visual merchandising standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Support the sales floor team in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer feedback, and implementing process improvements.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities, ensuring that the sales floor is visually appealing and merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
