Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students to address their unique needs and goals.
- Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure effective communication.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including progress notes and IEP updates.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
