Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and buildings with safety as a top priority.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
- Use diagnostic skills to locate and make repairs while machines are in operation.
- Conduct equipment repairs in a timely manner to maintain operational efficiency.
- Perform light fabrication and welding as needed.
- Act as a collaborative team member, sharing ideas with others and leadership.
- Communicate and train others, acting as a positive influence in the environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED and five or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Good computer skills.
- Certified Welder.
- Certified Maintenance Technician.
- Electrical Troubleshooting.
- Fabrication Experience.
- Pneumatics/Hydraulics Experience.
- CPR, Confined Space, NFPA - 70E Certifications.
- 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
- On call as assigned.
- Weekend flexibility.
