Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and buildings with safety as a top priority.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Use diagnostic skills to locate and make repairs while machines are in operation.
  • Conduct equipment repairs in a timely manner to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform light fabrication and welding as needed.
  • Act as a collaborative team member, sharing ideas with others and leadership.
  • Communicate and train others, acting as a positive influence in the environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED and five or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Good computer skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Certified Welder.
  • Certified Maintenance Technician.
  • Electrical Troubleshooting.
  • Fabrication Experience.
  • Pneumatics/Hydraulics Experience.
  • CPR, Confined Space, NFPA - 70E Certifications.
Work Schedule
  • 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
  • On call as assigned.
  • Weekend flexibility.
