Job Title: Oracle Fusion Administrator

At Intellibee Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, upgrades, performance, enhancements, and support of our Oracle Fusion system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions for our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project.
  • Work with 3rd-party integrators and managed services to ensure the successful deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of our Oracle Fusion suite.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages to stakeholders.
  • Maintain our Oracle technology roadmap and collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five years of overall ERP administration experience, with at least three years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to train internal staff.
  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and EPM.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, including AI capabilities, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of business process workflows, functional/technical design specifications, data conversions, and overall data management.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies, and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
  • Working knowledge of core technologies, including ServiceNow and Office365.
  • Certification in at least one of the following areas: Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional, Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Application Integration Professional.
