About the Role

At Lago Resort & Casino LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Punctuality and Positive Attitude: Required to be on time for pre-shift meetings with a positive attitude and actively participate in team discussions.
  • Consistency and Quality: Consistently provide Old-World Hospitality and deliver Excitement, adhering to company core values.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Comply with department standards, guidelines, and objectives, including adherence to Food Service and Sanitation, OSHA, and Hazcom standards.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean as you go, clean spills immediately, and practice safe knife handling.
  • Daily Tasks: Complete daily checklists, adhere to kitchen setup roadmaps, and update Daily Management Systems boards.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred.
