Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and metalwork
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
  • Sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
  • Dust furniture and equipment
  • Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
  • Empties and cleans wastebaskets and outside ashtrays
  • Transports trash and waste to disposal area
  • Replenishes bathroom supplies
  • Replaces light bulbs
  • Keeps sidewalks and lawn clean and free of litter
  • Transports small equipment or tools between departments
  • Sets up tables and chairs as requested for events, training, and/or meetings
  • Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
Requirements
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
