Central Sterile Supply Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in the selection, training, and evaluation of employees
Coordinate the training and documentation of new and existing Central Supply employees
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, training, and policies
Provide direction to senior technicians, team leaders, and technicians
Perform and assist in coaching staff as related to performance
Ensure proper record documentation
Communicate training issues to applicable personnel to provide continuity and consistency of training and optimal learning
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous Supply Chain, Central Supply, Hospital OR, and/or Continuous Improvement experience
Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. Requires heavy lifting, moderate levels of standing, and is physically demanding. Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields. Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.
