Transformational Autism Therapist

About the Position:

At Butterfly Effects, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism.

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our team as Child Interventionists/ABA Behavior Technicians. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children, using play-based activities to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, and social interaction.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and capable in guiding these children toward growth and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with children using play-based activities to teach essential skills
• Provide guidance and support to help children grow and develop
• Collaborate with our team to develop individualized plans for each child

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications. Estimated salary range is approximately $34,000 - $38,400 per year.
